Thank you for submitting your Exhibit Space Application for the 25th Annual West Coast Women’s Show taking place at TRADEX in Abbotsford on November 21, 22 & 23, 2025.
Applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Whenever possible space assignments will be made in keeping with exhibitor preferences.
Our team will carefully review your application against our exhibitor criteria. You will receive notification of our decision within 2 to 5 business days of your submission. Successful applicants will be provided with their assigned exhibit space number, booth cost, and confirmation invoice.
