Standard Show Area, Large Booths

The Standard Show Area – Large Booths is for established businesses, brands, and corporations looking for premium visibility at the show. Booth sizes include 8′ x 10′, 10′ x 10′, and larger configurations. These spaces are ideal for companies with well-developed product lines, national or regional brands, and businesses that require more room for product displays, demonstrations, or customer engagement.

Standard Show Area, Small Booths

The Standard Show Area – Small Booths is designed for very small or home-based businesses looking for an affordable way to showcase their products or services. Booth sizes include 5′ x 6′ and 5′ x 10′, making them a great option for startups, independent entrepreneurs, and businesses looking to test the market or gain exposure in a high-traffic environment.

Christmas Marketplace

The Christmas Marketplace is reserved exclusively for artisans and small, local brands selling products that are handmade by the artisan in Canada. This area is designed to support Canadian makers, offering booth sizes of 5′ x 6′, 5′ x 10′, 8′ x 10′, and 10′ x 10′. Exhibitors in this section must be creators of their own products, ensuring a unique and authentic shopping experience for attendees.

Liquor Exhibitors

Licensed liquor manufacturers with an on-site store endorsement are permitted to sell packaged liquor and samples at the show. Please read the guidelines here.

Booth Sharing

We allow two exhibitors to share a 10×10 booth, making it easier for small businesses to participate while maximizing exposure. Each exhibitor must submit their own application, clearly indicating the name of the business they wish to share their booth with. Both exhibitors will be invoiced separately based on their share of the booth cost. If you’re interested in sharing but don’t have a booth partner, we maintain a sharing waitlist and will pair up compatible exhibitors as opportunities arise. Spaces are limited, so be sure to apply early to secure your spot.

Enhance your brand’s presence with our Marketing Packages, designed to increase your visibility through exclusive social media posts, prominent website ads, and feature sections in email blasts, ensuring maximum exposure before, during, and after the event.

Online Exhibitor Listing:

Booking Policies

  • MLM Representatives — To ensure exclusivity and a diverse showcase, all Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) representatives are required to book a minimum 10×10 booth space. With hundreds of applications from various MLMs each year, we strictly allow only ONE representative per MLM at our show. This policy is in place to provide a unique and exclusive experience for both our exhibitors and attendees.
  • Category Caps — We’re implementing a cap on common exhibit categories, including candles, soap, chocolate, permanent jewellery, photography, mortgage brokers, and similar products / services. This measure is to ensure a diverse and unique assortment of offerings at our show, enhancing the experience for both exhibitors and attendees.
  • Marketplace Jury Process — All exhibitors interested in booths in the Christmas Marketplace will undergo a jury process. This process ensures a high-quality, diverse, and engaging selection of exhibitors, aligning with our commitment to showcasing exceptional and unique talents.
