Hi! My name is Heather Duruisseau and I grew up in Vancouver BC and am now located in Coquitlam, British Columbia. My business name “Sseau Beautiful” is a play on my last name – Sseau is pronounced like ‘so’ or ‘sew’. I love creating beautiful things. From bracelets to necklaces and earrings, each of my pieces is carefully crafted by me, personally. I take great joy in creating different pieces that you cannot find elsewhere. I still experience awe and excitement when going through my beads; I have a large selection which allows me to really be creative! Most of my pieces are one of a kind so you will enjoy showing off your unique piece of jewelry! I source my beads from all over, including Canada, New Zealand, UK, Asia, India, United States, and the Czech Republic. As careful as I am, sometimes a defect may arise. If an item is defective, please return it and the piece will be repaired, or replaced with a similar item. Incidental damage is not considered a defect. We do not accept returns on earrings, for sanitary reasons, unless defective. We advise removing your jewelry when doing chores, such as washing dishes, etc., and when showering as some stones may be affected by water (such as Selenite). Some stones (such as Aventurine) may fade if stored in direct sunlight. Although we strive to use the best quality metals, such as stainless steel, there will be times when alloy metals may be used to enhance a design. The most common allergies occur with Zinc Alloy. Stainless Steel is generally fine for most people, however, some are still allergic to it.
