About Us
BC Cancer Screening and Prevention community engagement booth offers community-level health promotion to enhance awareness and engagement around cancer screening services and prevention information across British Columbia. This program incorporates in-person, event-based engagement activities supported by health promotion staff, allowing BC Cancer to broaden its impact within local communities. The community engagement booth provides vital information on breast, cervical, colon, and lung screening, along with prevention strategies for risk factors including sun safety, tobacco, alcohol, nutrition, air pollution, and radon.

Our Products
We have a trivia wheel where community members can test their knowledge on cancer prevention and screening services. We also provide some promotional swag including stress balls, salad kits, wild flower seed bookmarks, stickers and postcards. Brochures are available on all our screening programs and in different languages.
