Exhibit Space Application
Welcome to the Exhibit Space Application for the West Coast Women’s Show taking place at TRADEX in Abbotsford on November 20, 21 & 22, 2026.
Application Process
- Show Management will assign booth placements based on exhibitor preferences whenever possible. If your preferred choices are unavailable, we will assign the next best option based on availability and suitability.
- An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide, confirming your participation.
- Your invoice will include the contracted price for your requested exhibit space.
- The payment schedule is as follows:
- 50% deposit due upon receipt of invoice
- 25% balance due on May 15, 2026
- Final 25% balance due on August 15, 2026
Booth Rates
- 10′ x 10′ — $1,499
- 10′ x 15′ — $2,149
- 10′ x 20′ — $2,799
- 10′ x 30′ — $4,199
- 20′ x 20′ — $5,499
- 5′ x 10′ — $829 (Reserved for very small or home-based businesses)
Booth Premiums (in additional to the booth rate)
- Corner, 10′ x 10′ or bigger – $250 per corner
- Corner, 5′ x 10′ – $125 per corner
- Centre Aisle – $250 per booth
Booking Policies
- MLM Representatives — To ensure exclusivity and a diverse showcase, all Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) representatives are required to book a minimum 10×10 booth space. With hundreds of applications from various MLMs each year, we strictly allow only ONE representative per MLM at our show. This policy is in place to provide a unique and exclusive experience for both our exhibitors and attendees.
- Category Caps — We’re implementing a cap on common exhibit categories, including candles, soap, chocolate, permanent jewellery, photography, mortgage brokers, and similar products / services. This measure is to ensure a diverse and unique assortment of offerings at our show, enhancing the experience for both exhibitors and attendees.
